This was a request for a 50th birthday present. Almost 100% complete. Just a few touch-ups and then final clear coat.

This was also my first real attempt at hand cutting my own stencil for the lettering and the eagle. The eagle was fairly straight forward, but the letters were a BITCH! I so need a vinyl plotter/cutter!

letters are brutal to cut out... I hear ya.
Your flame work is awesome man.. everytime you post something it seems they are just that much better than the last one.. love it.
